as for the diversity tour, it's something that
malinda lo (Ash and Huntress) and i spearheaded
together when we realized both our asian inspired
fantasy YA novels were going to be released within
a week of each other. we decided to celebrate diversity
in young adult books (which is inclusive of people
of color and lgbt protagonists) and invited other
authors to join us at each stop. if you're near the
san francisco, austin, chicago, boston or new york
city areas, do stop by! it's going to be an amazing tour.
