Greetings from Canada!

Congratulations to my three winners for this month:  Susie from Maryland, Cherri-Anne from Canada, and Amanda from Kentucky!  Thank you all for coming by to comment!  Please come back June 25th for the next giveaway!

It was great meeting so many readers at the Romantic Times Convention in New Orleans!  Now, I'm on a family vacation in beautiful Alberta, Canada. What a change from New Orleans! But since I'm exhausted from hiking (I'm a writer who sits at a computer all day, so I'm out of shape!), I'm going to make this brief.

Many, many thanks to all my readers who rushed out to buy How to Seduce a Vampire (Without Really Trying).  Thanks to your support, Zoltan was able to debut at #10 on the New York Times list!  And now,  everyone wants to know what comes next?  Book 16 will release at the end of December with the title Crouching Tiger, Forbidden Vampire.  The hero is Russell, the former Marine who was discovered in a cave in Thailand in a vampire coma (in Eat Prey Love).  A few books later, in Sexiest Vampire Alive, he went AWOL in China, so he could hunt down Master Han for revenge.  For those of you who are wondering about Xiao Fang-- don't worry!  He will appear in the next book. We'll even get a few chapters in his point of view, which will give us an inside view of Master Han's camp.

This month's contest will have THREE lucky winners!!  Yes, I'm giving away three signed copies of the book that started the Love at Stake series, How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire!!  International entries are welcome. If you don't leave an email address in your comment, please remember to check back here in a few days to see if you've won. Today's question-- is your family planning a vacation this summer and where?  Good luck!

My family was planning in going to Vancouver island BC this summer. However I was in a car accident dislocating my elbow, so haven't been able to work. If I can't make it out there this summer nothing will stop me from going next summer. :)

You inspire me, thank you for your beautiful writing! No family vacations really this year. My most memorable was horseback riding in Estes Park, Colorado...beautiful. Now that we're older, we only do a weekend camping trip in October every year. I'm also visiting family this summer to be a part of my God sons baptism!

We are finally going on our honeymoon! after a year of being married we have saved enough money to visit the amazing Miami for 10 days! This is a long time coming vacation that I am VERY excited for.
Although I am pregnant and very much showing, I am ready to lay out on the beach, eat some good Puerto Rican food and lounge out!

Why Miami do you ask? Because we have family there and would like to spend some time with them as well. Plus there is jet skiing, THE OCEAN, and not to mention the food! And we may have a free place to stay with a relative :)

To get away for ten days and just relax is going to be amazing. The shopping trip with my mother-in-law will be even better :)

It's Almost Here!

Well, we are not having any kind of family vacation this year, as usual. Because of health issues we stay close to home, but still enjoy family time very much! We have a beautiful screened gazebo that we sit in and enjoy the birds & squirrels (& our 2 Shelties chasing all of them! How dare they invade our airspace!!). Of course this also means we get to listen to our neighbors yelling at each other, but it can get amusing! (Their bark is way louder than their bite! Well, they don't have much bite to be honest!) But this also lets me skip travel time & spend more time reading! Happy summer to all! (cboitson@shaw.ca)

I wish we were planning a family vacation, but sadly we are not. The only plus side is the reason we are skipping one this year is because we are saving up for a trip to England/Scotland next year. I may be saddened for now, but next year I'll be glad we waited so I can see more over there.

I was planning to visit my parents this summer. But due to conflict in my work schedule, I wasn't able to plan out a vacation. I was hoping to visit them next month if my schedule is in favor. I haven't seen my parents and brother for more than a year now. Im kinda feeling home sick. Anyway, I just want to say that I really love the LAS series. So far I have 6 books out of 15. I am having a hard time finding them all here in the Philippines. I wish I could win this book. I've been looking for it since last year.

Anyway, this is my email: yuri_skyeisha0405@yahoo.com.

Even if I dont win this, I still hope you would message me. Thanks for the great stories. :)

I wish, but is hard to travel with my family, my middle son is autistic and we can't go too far from home. If i can, i'll go to Ireland or Italy, with all my family.

I don't know. In September we get to spend a few days at the coast so that might be all I get.

As I have been bed ridden for the last year with a very recent surgery on my back. I am in recovery so there are no plans for a family vacation this year. If we were able to I think a cruise would be great for us.

I have the entire series and have read it from the start, but as an Author myself, I would love to have one of your signed copies sitting on my bookshelf of honor!

Thank you for the wonderful opportunity and more than that, thank you for your work! Picking up one of your novels allows me a little time to escape from my reality to yours...I value this time so very much!

*hugs*

Yajustkicknit@gmail.com thank you for the great books you have given us. This summer we rented spot on the Colorado river. We will try for one or two trips a month to soak up the water and sun rays. Also plan on hitting up water parks. There is a big one in Henderson Nevada. Looking forward to summer vacations. Not extravagant but always tons of fun. Enjoy your vacation... :0)

Mawsuggs62@yahoo.com Love reading your books. Matter of fact, I cannot read them fast enough. I am a janitor and one of my teachers found out I like to write and read. She saw you at luncheon she went to and bought me a signed copy of Wild About You. I went out and bought all of your books and began to read. I was hooked from the very first chapter.

No vacation this summer - caring for my mom, who I've moved in with me, and waiting for my disability to start. We will just look at the albums from past trips! BTW - luv ur Love At Stake series!
